Do you make Prototypes?
Samples and small runs can be made. If it is a part that will go into production after the samples have been approved, we will leave our setup on the machine for a 2 day period and wait for your approval or change to the samples.
How quick is your turnaround?
On most parts, our normal turnaround time is 4-5 weeks but when customer needs arise requiring a shorter lead time, we will work hard to satisfy your need.
What are your payment terms?
We have 1/2%, 10 days Net 30 which we are happy to give to our qualified customers. We use the Dun and Bradstreet report to check your company’s payment history and if you qualify, you will be given these terms. Otherwise, we may request that COD or prepayment be used. We do not accept any major credit cards at this time.
Can you quote and also manufacture a spring from a sample that I would provide?
The quick answer is yes. Mail the sample to us and attach on your company letterhead, all pertinent information about you. Include your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address.
I have a print to send with my quote, how do I do this?
Go to our “Request Quote” page and click on the type of spring you want quoted. Fill in all the requested information and then click on “Choose File”. This will allow you to scroll through your documents and find the file with the print that you are sending. Click on the file to bring it into the window then click “Submit” to send it to us.
I need a spring that I actually found in a catalog, what should I do?
We have most of the major Spring Manufacturers’ catalogs in house. If you give us the part number, we will find it in the catalog and give you a quote.
